Q1: Where is your main market?

A1: Our products mainly export to European countries,Middle east,Southest Asian,USA and China.

Q2: Do you sale stock products?

A2: We normally produce products according to customer's orders. We don't sale stocks.

Q3: What the MOQ for bulk order?

A3: The MOQ for plain dyed fabric is 1000M per colour,3000M per shipment. 

Q4: What the MOQ for sample order?

A4: If we have stock greige fabric,the MOQ for sample order is 100/M colour surcharge.We should discuss this case if we don't have stock greige fabric.

Q5: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?

A5: Yes we can,but should be surcharged for small dye lot.About USD80-150 per colour.

Q6 : What the payment term of your company?

A6 : The payment term for new customer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipping .We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good coorperation.

Or: Common is 30% deposit by T/T, the balance paid against shipping documents.

Q7: What's the delivery time?

A7: Within 30-40 days for a 20' container.

Q8: Can you design new product for us?

A8: Yes, we have a professional development team that make new products according to your requirements.

Q9: How about the shipping packaging?

A9: Packing: in rolls with PP bags or wooden pallets

Q10: How to arrange the freight company？

A10: We have our own freight forwarder whom worked with us for years which can give us big discount.

Q11: What should be done if defective products appear?

A11: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment
